When is the next catalog coming out? When does registration begin?
The catalog will be available online during late March/early April. Registration will begin in early April. A specific date will be announced later in the spring term.
How/Where do I get my Pitt ID?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your ID is ready to be picked up. You must go to Panther Central on the first floor of Litchfield Towers to get your ID. If you were not contacted by the OLLI office about getting your ID, please call the office before you go to Panther Central.
I forgot my password – what do I do?
First of all - which password did you forget?
Pitt Password
Everyone gets an email from one of our staff (usually Pat or our work study) that gives them their initial username and password. We recommend at that point you go to my.pitt.edu and 1) change your password and 2) set your security questions. The only way you can reset your own password later is by answering those questions. If you change your password without setting the security questions, the only way your password can be recovered is if Pat does it manually for you. With 1300 members and at least two to three sites that Pat has to sign into to reset the password, you can see how much extra work even one reset password takes us. So, we strongly recommend that you set your security questions so you can reset your password anytime you need to.
If you still cannot reset your password, you can contact the office and we can take care of it. Due to the process of resetting IDs, Pat will get your new password to you within a week.
Registration Password
Go to the Osher home page and click the green button on the right side to access the Registration System. Your username is your personal email address that you use for OLLI related things. Your password will initially be set as the first letter of your first name, first letter of your last name, and zip code. Upon logging in, you will have to change it to something only you will know. If you do not remember your password click on "Create/Forgot Password." This will take you through the steps of creating a new password.
How do I register for my classes?
You can register for classes through the Osher registration website, by phone or with a paper registration form. Please note online and paper registration typically start earlier than phone registration. If you are registering by phone, please have your class list prepared.
How do I fill out the OLLI course evaluations online?
An e-mail will be sent out with a link to access the surveys online.
What are the dates of the summer term for 2018?
Session 1: May 14-June 16
Session 2: June 25-July 28
