As an Osher member, you are entitled to a Pitt Osher ID. After you join the program as a member, you will receive an email notification that contains your Pitt account information and instructions to pick up your ID. You can pick up your Osher ID at Panther Central located in Litchfield Towers on Fifth Avenue. However, you should not go to pick up your ID until you have either 1) received the email stating it is ready, or 2) contacted someone in the OLLI office to check if your account has been set up.
Once you have confirmed that you can pick up your ID, you can go to Panther Central and tell them you are there to get your Osher ID. You should take your Driver's License with you and the staff will take your picture and print your Osher ID for you. Each ID has an expiration date printed on the card and if you renew your membership, you should receive an email notification once your ID is updated. If you have an expired ID and need to get an updated ID, once you have confirmed that the account has been updated, you should take your old ID to Panther Central and you can exchange it for your new ID.
You should NOT purchase discounted tickets until you have picked up your valid Osher ID. IDs can take at least a week to process and will not be expedited because of an early ticket purchase.
Discounted tickets through the Pitt Arts Cheap Seats program are available to purchase online here. Each person with a valid Pitt Osher ID can purchase up to four tickets for most shows. You are able to take non-Pitt people with you but you, yourself MUST be going to the show. After you purchase the discounted tickets through the Pitt Arts website, you will need to take your valid Osher ID with you to the box office in order to retrieve the tickets.
The Pittsburgh Cultural District tickets are available ONLY online and include:

- Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre
- Pittsburgh Cultural Trust
- Pittsburgh Public Theater

Cheap Seats tickets for Quantum Theatre, PICT Classic Theatre, Renaissance & Baroque, and Calliope: Pittsburgh Folk Music Society can be purchased utilizing ticket order forms found outside the PITT ARTS office at 907 William Pitt Union.
