The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Pittsburgh has embarked on an exciting effort to renovate and reimagine a 3,000-square-foot space in the lower level of the iconic Alumni Hall on Pitt’s main campus.
OLLI welcomes more than 1,300 curious individuals to its programs and other University of Pittsburgh classes each year. In 2024, OLLI moved into new offices in the iconic Alumni Hall. These new facilities include classroom, meeting, and social spaces to serve members and staff as they broaden their horizons and expand their knowledge.
This expansive program deserves state-of-the art spaces with all of the amenities and technologies to make the learning experience as welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive as possible. You can help make that possible through a philanthropic commitment to the program that has brought so much knowledge and joy to lifelong learners since OLLI at Pitt’s inception in 2005.
This space will be designed with OLLI members in mind and includes:
- A 46-seat classroom,
- A fully-equipped conference room,
- A lounge area for members,
- A welcoming reception area, and;
- Up-to-date computer stations.

Your gift makes a difference in ensuring that the space is fully equipped and maintained so members can continue to stay engaged, both intellectually and socially.
Donations may be made directly online or in person. Make your gift now.
Other donation methods include distribution from donor advised funds (DAFs), appreciated assets, or IRAs. Gifts of $5,000 and above will be recognized within the renovated space.
